With the push towards healthy living, it does not have to stop at freshly pressed green juices. Dessert items such as ice cream can also be made healthy - imagine homemade ice cream that is preservative-free. You can be as creative as you want with the flavours, or you can stick to the classics such as vanilla, and chocolate. With this additional mixing bowl set for your Breville BEM800XL/A stand mixer, homemade ice cream can be prepared in as little as 20 minutes.

All you have to do is pre-freeze the bowl, add the ingredients, and the scrapper will do the rest. The specially designed scrapper attachment not only scrapes the side of the thermal bowl, but it also areates the ice cream for a lighter yet creamy texture.

Please note that "the Freeze & Mix" is compatible only with the BEM800XL/A and the newer Breville "Scrapper Mixer Pro" and is not compatible with any other mixers.
