This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat four different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, three 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 24,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, four Remotes, and four 35 ft. Installation Kits. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!

Package Includes

If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 48K BTU rating of the Condenser.
