Control Fit analyzes your weight and your body composition: muscle, fat, water and bone mass. This scale also studies your daily caloric needs via its new indicator: the basic metabolic rate (BMR). Particularly useful when you are tracking your weight in order to lose the wrong pounds (fat mass) while increasing your muscle mass.
If you practice sport regularly (at least 2 hours, 3 times a week), then the athlete mode is for you! Indeed, such a sport practice has a recognized physiological impact, and thanks to the athlete mode it will be taken into account in the calculation of your various masses, for maximum precision.
