The Arteflame Classic 40" grill, featuring a tall round base and cooktop, enhances the experience of outdoor cooking with its modern and stylish appearance, while delivering exceptional functionality. By igniting a wood or charcoal fire at the center of the grill, the cooktop evenly distributes heat from the middle to the outer edges. This heat distribution allows for higher temperatures in the center, enabling the simultaneous cooking of various foods at different heat levels. Additionally, the Arteflame can be used as a fire bowl, providing both warmth and a peaceful, social atmosphere, with or without the cooktop. Made in the USA.

Note: When your grill arrives, the cooktop will be silver (unseasoned). It will develop the dark color shown in the images once it has been seasoned and used several times.

Features

• Center-Out Heat Distribution. By building a wood or charcoal fire in the center of the grill, the cooktop evenly heats from the center towards the outer edges. This heat pattern allows for higher cooking temperatures closer to the center, enabling the preparation of various foods at different temperatures simultaneously.

• Removable Cooktop. The laser-cut cooktop, made of 1/2" steel, can be easily lifted and removed. This feature allows for convenient access to the fire and facilitates cleaning and maintenance.
  
  
• Optional Accessories. All Arteflame Classic grills have an accessory ring under the cooktop, allowing for the addition of an optional sizzle grate. The grate can be dropped in and laid flush with the cooktop for added versatility in cooking.
  
  
• Virtually Maintenance-Free. All Arteflame grills are designed for easy maintenance. Residue can be scraped into the fire, and after the cooktop cools, it can be wiped clean with a cloth or paper towel and food-safe oil.
